Completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in the department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Lurie Children’s Hospital, focusing on basic science and translational research. Now currently completing third-year neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at Northwestern University/ Lurie Children’s Hospital iof Chicago. During fellowship, my research project aims to define the role of impaired microvascular development in the pathogenesis of Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC).
