Workshop Description: Publications are the currency which counts toward promotion and which gets one's work known! This workshop, presented by the Editors-in-Chief and members of the editorial board of Pediatric Research will walk the participant through the process of publishing their work. Areas covered will include how to choose a journal for submission, how to prepare the submission and how to avoid rejection. Also included is what happens once a paper is submitted, and how to respond to a decision made on the paper. The session will be a combination of short didactic pieces with multiple interactive activities sprinkled throughout. Geared toward learners at every stage, everyone will find something useful for their next manuscript preparation!
